On the Growth Plan, you’ll have access to monthly Zoom check-ins designed to keep your business moving forward with clarity and momentum. Together we will:

• Review progress so you know what’s working and where to adjust.

• Plan next steps that focus your energy on what will actually drive sales and growth.

• Streamline and automate processes to save you time, reduce manual tasks, and create smoother sales flows.

These sessions are more than just check-ins — they’re your space to step back, get strategic, and make sure your business is set up to grow in a sustainable, time-efficient way.

If you are swamped and haven’t had a chance to revise outstanding projects, book your call towards the end of the month and we can go through everything on the call together.

On the Growth Plan you’ll have direct access to Tash via email or messaging for quick questions, requests, or updates. No need to wait until the next scheduled call — simply reach out when something comes up.

And if something goes wrong, Tash is there to support you and help find a solution as quickly as possible. This way, you’ll always feel supported and know that your projects (and your website) are in safe hands.

As part of the Growth retainer, you’ll have access to a pool of premium plugins and licences — both the ones already used in your build and others you may need in the future. This means you can enjoy powerful tools without the extra cost of annual renewals.

Included licences:

📚 LearnDash Licence – $300/yr

What it is: A powerful online course and learning management system.
Benefit: Sell courses, create memberships, and deliver training directly through your website — without needing a separate platform.

*Doesn’t include the build – this is a separate project

🔍 AIOSEO Pro Licence – $600/yr

What it is: Advanced SEO plugin for WordPress.
Benefit: Improve your Google rankings with easy-to-use tools that optimise your pages, boost traffic, and help more clients find you online.

🛒 Product Add-ons Licence – $65/yr

What it is: Customisable product forms and add-ons for WooCommerce.
Benefit: Give your customers flexible options (forms, add-ons, upgrades) at checkout — making your shop more user-friendly and profitable.

🧾 PDF Invoices Licence – $65/yr

What it is: Automatically generates professional PDF Tax invoices for online orders.
Benefit: Save time and look professional with branded invoices sent straight to your customers’ inboxes after every purchase.

🛠️ WP Staging Licence – $285/yr

What it is: A safe staging environment for WordPress.
Benefit: Monthly backups, test updates, plugins, and changes on a copy of your site before going live — reducing risk and keeping your website secure and reliable. Saving you the cost of outsourcing to IT.

👉 Essentially, you get a ready-to-go toolkit of trusted plugins — saving you time, money, and the hassle of managing individual licences.

Additional Plugins: 

• Where an additional plugin is needed that will only benefit you, you’ll need to purchase this seperately, outside of your retainer.
• Where an additional plugin would benefit everyone, I will consider adding it to the above pool of plugins, included in your retainer.

On the Growth plan, most requests are completed within 1–5 days, depending on the size and complexity of the task. This gives you a reliable timeframe you can count on — small updates are handled quickly, while larger projects are managed efficiently without compromising quality.

And if something urgent comes up, Tash will do her best to jump in and fix it as soon as possible, so your business keeps running smoothly.

Design hours will roll over to the next month where you have 1 full hour or more that hasn’t been used.

Your chosen Design & Automation Hours can be used for 

• Small design projects (PDFs, business cards, Canva template etc)
• Automations (creating/updating forms, emails)
• Adding/editing products, pages and/or courses

Tash will track your hours in your Project Hours Tracker – find your link on your Dashboard

Your design hours can’t be used for: Bigger projects where I’d normally quote for the full project

• Branding
• New website builds
• Email Automations setup
• Adding on a WooCommerce store, LearnDash or AIOSEO

Unless you’ve racked up a couple of months worth of design hours that you haven’t used.

Your website is a living, breathing part of your business — but it’s easy for it to get overlooked in the day-to-day. As part of your retainer, I’ll make sure it stays updated, backed up, and working as expected.

Each month I will:

🔄 Keep things up to date

• WordPress, WooCommerce, plugins, and (for Go Hosting clients) PHP

🖱️ Check functionality

• Test pages, links, buttons, and forms to ensure everything runs smoothly

💾 Run backups

• Using UpdraftPlus; so if anything goes wrong, we can quickly restore it and keep your business running smoothly.

Please Note:

• If you already have an IT team or VA managing these tasks, I can liase with them as needed.

• I’m not an IT technician — but if I notice any issues, I’ll flag them promptly so you can get the right support.

• For plugins added after your website build, I’ll review case by case. Some plugins can conflict, and while I may not be able to resolve these, I’ll identify problems and guide you on next steps.

Tash also keeps detailed project notes in Google Docs, but the Dashboard acts as your easy, one-stop overview for anything outstanding.
