– I will communicate with you regularly via email, scheduled call as well as WhatsApp/Facebook Messenger.

– Everything we discuss will be added to our working To Do List document, with check boxes for you to mark off completed tasks.

– My To Do List is also added to this working document too, meaning that there is full transparency and you can see exactly what I am working on, and what I have completed vs what is left to do.

– I will keep you updated and clearly outline and communicate what I need from you to keep your project moving forwards & on track.

Empowering & Equipping You

– My goal is to equip and empower you to confidently manage and update your website moving forwards.

– Websites: I provide video training to show you how Shopify/Divi works and how to edit elements/add products etc as needed.

– Socials Templates: I provide video training to show you how I have set up the templates and how to edit elements as needed.

Scheduled Calls

– 15 minute Discovery Call to see if I am the right person to complete your project/s and to see if we will work well together.

– 60 minute Activation Call to discuss your project/s, your expectations, we’ll run through your current automations (or lack of – this is fine – I can help here too) and what we need to do to move forwards. I’ll then send through an Intake Questionnaire  the link to the working To Do List with a list of what I need from you to get started.

– 30 minute Progress Call as I communicate regularly through out the project and this call generally isn’t needed – but it’s here in case you want to run through anything in more detail.

– 30 minute Wrap Up Call where I make final changes and get ready to hand everything over!

Website Design and Automations Build Time

– I am super organised and work quickly and efficiently

– I block out time just for you, meaning that if you get everything to me ASAP and communicate with me regularly, I can have your website live and ready to go in about 14 days from

– your initial payment and

– when I have everything I need to start the build

But don’t stress if you prefer to take longer and work at a slower pace – just let me know at the beginning of the project and I’ll match my pace accordingly.
